I’m Claire Christie, a business attorney with over a decade of experience advising companies on contracts, entity structure, and strategic transactions.

My practice focuses on the business side of law. I work with founder-led and growing companies on commercial agreements, governance, and transactions, including M&A support.

Before focusing fully on my legal practice, I served as Founder and COO of a distillery, where I managed legal, operational, and regulatory matters firsthand, and before as Corporate Counsel for a multi-million dollar private company. Those experiences shape how I work today. My advice is grounded in how decisions actually play out inside a business, not just legal theory.
